Who is Kappa ERP for?

Features for particular trades, such as serial numbers and repair tickets or Protel room charging for hotels, are switched on only where you need them.
What is Kappa AI?
Kappa AI is an optional module that reads your supplier invoices. Take a photo or load a PDF, and it fills in the supplier, invoice number, date, totals and every line, including expiry dates and lot numbers. It matches each line to your products, flags anything it can’t match, and warns you about duplicates and totals that don’t add up. You check the result before anything is saved.
Which payment terminals does it support?
JCC, Viva and GAP card terminals, for sales and refunds at the till and on customer receipts. The Kappa touch-screen till also supports Payabl.
Does it connect to Wolt and hotel systems?
Yes. A Kappae service keeps your products and stock up to date on your Wolt venue, and shops inside hotels can send till sales to Protel to be charged to guest rooms.
Does it work with mobile apps?
Yes. Kappa Salesman lets your sales team take orders on the road, Kappa B2B lets your customers order online, and Kappa Stock Taking handles stock counts on a phone or tablet. They all work with the same Kappa ERP data.
What does Kappa ERP run on, and in which languages?
It is a Windows application for Windows 10 and 11, on a single PC or on a network of users sharing a Microsoft SQL Server database. You can run several companies, each in its own database. It is available in English, Greek and Russian, and updates itself automatically.
